Shipping & Tracking

  • Yes! All standard prints ship globally, starting from as little as €1.20. Premium Edition prints however require a shipping quote to be requested.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days, after which you will be notified by email once your item is ready to be shipped.

    • Standard Prints: 2-10 days depending on the destination. Faster shipping options are available for certain shipping destinations.

    • Premium Prints: 4-28 days depending on the destination. A more accurate time can be provided when a shipping quote is requested

  • Tracking is included for all standard shipping, and some economy. Tracking information will be sent with your shipping notification email when orders have been processed and are dispatched.

  • Standard prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

All Premium Edition prints, being framed, are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Our packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

Premium Prints

  • Premium prints are framed and ship solely from the United Kingdom, and so have different shipping requirements and costs compared to the standard prints. Unfortunately there are shipping limitations available to the website. I will be in touch with you directly to ensure an accurate quote is provided before any order is confirmed.

  • Once you receive your shipping quote by email. If you wish to go ahead with the order, then simply reply to the email to approve the quote. You will then be sent an invoice with the payment information.

  • After accepting a shipping quote, you will be emailed an invoice that includes the payment details for a bank transfer. Once payment has been received, processing of your order will commence immediately.

Payments & Returns

  • You are welcome to use card payments or paypal. For premium editions, once a quote is accepted, an invoice is sent for a bank transfer.

  • The discount code is used once at the checkout. The box can be found in the Order Summary on the right hand side.

  • Aren’t customs duties a bunch a fun! Orders are shipped from Europe, UK, Australia and USA, so if you’re in those regions, you have nothing to worry about. If the nation that you’re shipping to doesn’t have a customs agreement with those regions, then it’s possible that the recipient may have to pay an additional customs fee to the delivery or customs service. This fee would normally be the VAT% in the delivery nation, which may be in the region of 15-20%.

  • 240gsm Lustre Photo Paper is used for all prints.

A premium photographic paper with a satin lustre finish. Preferred by professional photographers, the lustre finish provides a subtle pearl-like texture. Supporting deeper colour-saturation than matte papers, this paper produces impressive colour depth and strikingly intense blacks.

A premium look indistinguishable from more premium priced papers options. However if you have specific needs and uses in mind alternative papers and materials are possible upon request.

  • Certainly! Whether big or small, if you have a specific idea in mind then I’d be happy to help make it work. Please do get in touch so we can discuss the details and a quote will be provided.

  • This will be quite specific to your own tastes and the intended display area. There are many frame options, I would advise spending time to compare them in person, check if one uses glass or perspex, perhaps one is very heavy and not suited to your display surface or method. My personal preference has been for a minimal aesthetic look, I choose a box-frame, matt black, aluminium or a wood with not too much grain, finished with an anti-glare glass. Frames can vary greatly in price, but can also have a large visual impact on what is displayed, so choose carefully and don't just go for the first one you find. Making a choice that you put thought into will make the display feel all the more personal.

  • Choosing an image or several is a personal choice which is hard to advise on. It really does speak to your own emotional connection or indeed the display environment. Feel free to get in touch with me, as I would be happy to get into the details and discuss with you some options.

  • Personally I love the mounted options offered by the premium editions. However, they are costly, and have high shipping costs due to their weight. I would generally advise people to find frames themselves that they like. Not only does it make you part of the work, but you'll also save some money.

The faux-mount option on the standard prints also work nicely, but again you could get a real mount made if you have facilities near you. With your own frame and own mount the savings wouldn't be large, but certainly you'd be saving on the shipping cost at least. But it does require effort on your part.

For a special treat, go for the premium editions. If you perhaps are looking for more than one at an affordable price, then the standard print are an excellent choice.
